About the coffee
It consists of 40% Chapadao PB, Brazil, 40% Balam Project, Guatemala, and 20% Frinsa, Indonesia.
The Frinsa beans with their unique Indonesian processing help to produce the rich, full bodied cocao notes that form the foundation of this blend. The Brazilian Peaberry element gives the blend the sweet, milk chocolate nuttiness whilst the Guatemala beans help balance the two with a silky smooth mouthfeel and a heady plum aroma.
