Keep drinks hot (80°C/176°F) for 6 hours. Keep drinks cold (6°C/43°F) for 6 hours. For maximum insulation efficiency, preheat or precool the tumbler before use by filling in hot/cold water for 1-2 minutes. This is a tumbler for beverages.
