ITS OUR 2ND BIRTHDAY!

To celebrate, we have coincided the release of this beautiful washed Ethiopian filter coffee with our new CO2 neutral & recyclable bags.

Organically forest farmed in western Ethiopia, Gidey Berhe's 350 hectare farm is meticulously maintained & The once wild bush has been thinned slightly to accommodate the native varietals. The coffee is picked by 400 seasonal workers before being sorted, processed & sold.

We feel that this coffee is truly representative of modern Ethiopian coffee & we have created a sympathetic roast profile that allows the natural fruit sugars & complex aromatics of the coffee to take centre stage.  

Expect honeydew melon aromatics, with lemon zest & ripe peach high notes & lingering parma violet finish

Suitable for all filter brewing methods.
